Fully equipped, the kitchen combines modern convenience with practical features, ideal for cooking independently or hosting a dinner party.
The Dining room
As one of the central rooms in the villa, the dining room is designed for gathering and sharing. Spacious and bright, it opens to the outdoors and features a high ceiling, creating an elegant yet relaxed vibe.
The living room
Bathed in natural light, the large living room is a cozy, sociable space with comfortable sofas. The adjacent dining area makes for stylish, friendly mealtimes.
The Bedrooms
Each room is thoughtfully decorated in a clean, elegant Provençal style. Natural materials, soft tones, and abundant light create a soothing setting for a restful stay.
Upstairs, two bedrooms face south and offer calming views over the garden and pool, enjoying sunlight throughout the day. The third bedroom, facing north, stays cooler and is perfect for those seeking total peace and quiet.
All rooms feature premium double beds, ample storage, quality linens, and either fans or air conditioning depending on the season. Windows come equipped with shutters or blackout blinds to ensure optimal sleep. Four modern bathrooms including one adjoining the master suite’s walk-in closet, plus a high chair and a baby crib round out the amenities.
Each guest enjoys a private, comfortable space, seamlessly integrated into the villa’s understated elegance.

Low season

Terms & Conditions

- On-site guest welcome and key handover
- Check-in from 4:00 PM – Check-out by 10:00 AM
- Free access to the spa
- Optional breakfast service available upon request
General Terms
- Pets allowed (upon prior approval)
- No smoking indoors
- 30% deposit required at booking, with the balance due one month before arrival
- Tourist tax included
- Bed linen and towels provided
- Cleaning fee: +€200
- Security deposit: €3,500
- Proof of holiday rental insurance required
- Check-in and check-out inspections carried out on-site
- Pool maintenance included during the stay (3 times per week)
- Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
Rental Cancellation Policy
Except in cases of force majeure
- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before check-in : The guest who cancels will forfeit the deposit.
- If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before check-in : The deposit and balance already paid by the guest will be retained by the owner.
- If the owner initiates the cancellation: The deposit and balance already paid by the guest will be fully refunded.
Property Use Guidelines
- The guest must ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property and use it in accordance with its intended purpose.
- Children remain the sole and full responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
